Timming Equipment for Autotest events.
The 4 stop watches Peter had purchase were handed over to Steven.
Ian reported that grants from the MSA Club Development Fund may be available on a matched funding basis and that three quotes would be required for any equipment purchases. Richard asked to get quotes for electronic timing kit.
Storage of Club Autotest Equipment. Steven kindly offered the use of two large sheds on his site at Rowra to store equipment which was accepted and was asked to get prices to fix doors and locks to make them secure. It was suggested that hiring a van to move equipment to venues could be more cost effective than purchasing at trailer with all the problems that would come from its storage.
Richard reported he had found a new venue for events at the North Side Speedway Club, a multi surface site. That all other arrangements are progressing well and the MSA have indicated they would issue the necessary waver to allow for a knock-out final round.
Russell reported arrangements are all in hand but some awards have still to be returned.
Any Other Business
Kerryl reported she had received a £1037 MSA re-fund. It was agreed this would be transferred to the Greystoke account.
