CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

At the AGM we are going to discuss putting in another type of Award for this years Championship, Out of Area or something like this, will be for competing club members who have to enter in another clubs name to take part in any event from 12 cars to stage rallies.

The scoring system for the Club championship is explained below

Anyone taking part in an Event of any description, PCT, 12 Car, Autotest, Night Navigation Rally, Speed events, will be awarded 1 point for entering and an additional 1 point if they finish, you will only recieve 5 points for entering and 5 points for finishing any WCMC organised event excluding Stage Rallys and Autosolos(*). If there is more than 1 WCMC crew out, bonus points are awarded depending where you finish to any other WCMC crew, also you are awarded extra points for finishing in the top 3 of your class on any event that have class awards, an example is below

There are 6 crews on an WCMC organised event, you are above all of them when you finish, you are awarded 16 points, below is a breakdown of how that is achieved -

Finishing a WCMC organised Event 10 points,(2 points if not WCMC organised), finishing above every other WCMC member 6 points.

The marshalls will stay the same as last year, 1 point for marshalling with no points going towards the Overall Club Championship.

* The points for the Autosolo's are awarded by Andy Barnard and will be transferred into the Overall Club Champion catergary and Clubmans Championship only.

In case of a tie at the end of the year the person who scored the most points on their first event of that year wins, this is only for first place.
